AnxietyGo Watch App

Anxiety Go was designed as a calm, minimal mental health app meant to be opened in moments of stress. The interface focuses on simplicity, using wide buttons, limited text, and minimal visual noise to avoid adding to feelings of overwhelm. Every design choice was made with the goal of helping users feel grounded quickly, without asking them to read too much or make complicated decisions.

The app supports two main features: guided breathing exercises that respond to the user’s stress level, and a 5-1 sensory countdown that encourages gentle grounding through observation. By keeping the experience straightforward and approachable, Anxiety Go shows how digital design can feel supportive, friendly, and reassuring while still remaining clear and effective.
